DELIVERY METHODS does not ship to post office boxes, post offices, post office boxes and companies that provide domiciliation services.
Delivery is by DHL express courier at the shipping cost indicated on the screen during the completion of the order.
The cost of shipping is charged to the buyer, according to the rates and costs indicated. Each delivery is considered completed starting from the moment in which the transporter makes the products available to the buyer, based on what results from the system used by the transporter to track the shipments. It is the responsibility of the recipient to check the products at the time of delivery and to raise any reservations and claims that appear to be justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it has been opened or shows obvious signs of deterioration. No responsibility can be attributed to in case of delay in the order or delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the bill or transport document (DDT);
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered. Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery, with the wording "collection subject to parcel damaged ", or" retreat with reserve for open parcel "or" withdrawal with reserve for missing parcels "on the special accompanying document.

For orders from € 0 to € 60.00 the shipping cost is € 15.00 (VAT included).

DHL Zone 5 and 6 (Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Iceland, Fær Øer Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine): Free Shipping on orders over € 70.00 (VAT included, excluding shipping costs).
For orders from € 0 to € 70.00 the shipping cost is € 25.00 (VAT included).

DHL Zone 7 and 8 (Greenland, Russia): Free Shipping on orders over € 85.00 (VAT included, excluding shipping costs).
For orders from € 0 to € 85.00 the shipping cost is € 40.00 (VAT included).


In compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason except for the following cases of exclusion:

  • Goods made to measure or clearly personalized
  • Short-term or rapidly deteriorating goods
  • Goods delivered sealed and non-returnable for hygienic reasons

The maximum term within which the intention to avail of this right is to be received is 14 days from the day the goods are received by the recipient or by a third party designated by the latter. The procedures for making use of this right will be expressed in the following paragraphs.
The delivery of the returned goods or the return of the goods to one of our sales points must take place within the 14 days following the notice of withdrawal by the Customer (after which the right will be considered forfeit) to the following address, attaching a copy of the order : Soks Srl via Del Commercio 1 25039 Travagliato BRESCIA.
The burden and responsibility of the return shipment is to be borne by the Customer until it is received by Soks Srl.
It is the responsibility of the seller to report the receipt of damaged goods during transport to the Customer who can make claims against the courier for such damage., in this case, will make the goods available to the Customer, canceling the withdrawal procedure.
Once has received the goods, it will reimburse the Customer for the amount paid except for additional expenses beyond those provided for in the basic shipping rate, to which is not obliged to respond in the event of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal lapses in the event of a substantial defect in the returned product (original packaging not intact or missing, damage, unsuitable state of return, obvious signs of wear and / or neglect) and in the cases previously exposed.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal will return the goods to the Customer who will not be entitled to any refund.

Please note that the Customer has the right to reject the goods upon delivery. It should be noted, however, that when the credit note for repayment is issued, in the case of advance payment (credit card, Paypal, bank transfer in advance), the shipping costs will be reversed up to the delivery address and return to sender. Therefore, only the amount of the product will be refunded, net of round-trip transportation costs.
